In this new episode I want to focus on the health benefits of castor oil, which are largely unknown to many. This derivative from the seeds of the castor plant is very beneficial due to fatty acids, especially ricinolic acid, promoting the body's biochemical processes. Some benefits listed include promoting detoxification, improving circulation and lymphatic flow, harmonizing hormones, reducing stress, alleviating digestive issues, and its anti-inflammatory properties. It also has very positive impacts on the immune and nervous system. I also share my personal experiences with castor oil, some friends' testimonies, and an overview on how best to use it.
